On the creative team for Allergan Aesthetic’s loyalty program, I led the end-to-end evolution of brand elevation, social strategy, and experience design. My scope included guiding the rebrand, developing retention and acquisition strategies across B2B and DTC audiences, and overseeing creative execution across digital, social, and product touch points, while promoting new app features and program offers.

The goal was to transform ALLE from a transactional rewards system into a cohesive, emotionally resonant brand experience: one that incentivizes repeat treatments while strengthening long-term loyalty.
